Psycho-social support to women Human Rights Defenders

This crucial initiative, part of the project Towards enhancing the resilience of women human rights defenders in Yemen to advocate for women’s and children’s rights was designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of women Human Rights Defenders (HRDs).

Dr. Kholoud Saber delivered one-on-one counseling sessions, group therapy, stress management workshops, and resilience-building activities. Our aim was not only to address the immediate psychological stresses the HRDs face but also to equip them with coping mechanisms for their challenging work environments.

We received highly positive feedback, highlighting the significant impact of this support on their personal and professional lives.
