We spoke about the ongoing elbarlament projects in Iraq, emphasizing the topic of civic education. The discussion included details about the Ouraq website, the workshops, conferences we have conducted so far, and the potential for future collaborations.
We had the opportunity to meet with representatives from Iraqi Innovators, an NGO operating in both Iraq and the UK and discuss the Ouraq platform and the civic education project in Iraq. We also had conversations with university researchers and other entepreneurs that were interested in our work and a potential collaboration as well as politicians.
Overall, the conference served as a valuable platform for networking and collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders. The productive discussions highlighted numerous opportunities for future cooperation, especially in civic education, youth entrepreneurship, and climate change. Engagement with NGOs, startups, and political figures emphasized the importance of the Ouraq platform in promoting civic engagement and educational initiatives in Iraq.
