Bella Khadartseva, Project Manager

Bella is the Project Manager for our Civil society and democratic experiences for Ukrainian women project. A Ukrainian herself who only relocated to Berlin a year ago, she is has been actively working in the fields of culture and journalism for the past four years. During this time, she developed and executed cultural projects aimed at supporting the Ukrainian arts scene and enhancing her country’s image on the global stage.

In Berlin she has worked as a freelance reporter and moderator for the German channels, ZDF and ARTE. Her reporting focuses on addressing pertinent issues related to Ukraine, particularly those that have arisen within the European information space following Russian’s invasion.

She also serves as a cultural manager for the Ukrainian project “Monday Kitchen” in Berlin. This initiative unites young Ukrainians who are temporarily displaced and creates a single artistic community.

She is proficient in Ukrainian, Russian and English and is currently leaning German.
