Joint ToT Ministerial Training in Iraq | 2–4 December 2026

elbarlament will conduct a joint Training of Trainers (ToT) from 2–4 December 2026 with staff from the Iraqi Ministries of Defence, Interior, Justice, Labour and Social Affairs, and Environment.

The training will help participants develop the skills to create and implement internal policies on Women, Peace and Security (WPS) while addressing challenges linked to climate change. It will also provide a collaborative space for ministries to connect, set shared goals, strengthen coordination, and plan joint actions.

Participants will additionally gain basic training skills, enabling them to pass on knowledge and support WPS implementation within their ministries and at a governorate or provincial level.
