– Elbarlament is seeking a consultant to update and expand its Arabic-language Training of Trainers (ToT) manual on the implementation of UNSCR 1325 for Iraqi ministries. Developed under the project Women Talking Peace, the manual will now be aligned with Iraq’s Third National Action Plan (INAP 3) and expanded with a dedicated chapter on the Women, Peace and Security (WPS)–Climate nexus. The consultancy forms part of the project Women Taking the Lead, which supports women’s political and social participation in Iraq through strengthening governance, leadership, and responses to climate-related security challenges.
