elbarlament – cultures of democracy carried out a study visit to Estonia. The target participants of the event were representatives of the NIPAC Office, CFCU and representatives of future structure or the ministry which will have the coordination role in structural funds.
The programme of the study visit aimed at strengthening capacities for more effective and efficient use of EU funds including institutional framework, coordination mechanisms between the stakeholders in the process of planning and programming of EU funds.
The study visit focused on good practices in prioritizing projects as well as monitoring and evaluation and the use of IT tools to increase the efficiency of institutions in the utilization of EU funds.
