Simone Neumann, Student Assistant

Simone Neumann joined elbarlament in October 2022 as a student assistant.

She is currently enrolled at Freie Universität Berlin for a Bachelor in Islamic Studies and writing her BA thesis on water in Islamic countries.

Simone has more than 25 years of experience in offering training in language and intercultural matters as well as translation services for companies. She has worked and lived in France, Ireland and India and was granted an Arabic language scholarship at Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in 2022. Since 2015, Simone has been actively supporting refugees from Iraq.

Simone speaks German and English fluently, solid French and reasonable modern standard Arabic.
