In 2017-2018, elbarlament – cultures of democracy carried out a mid-term evaluation of the GIZ project “Open Regional Fund Promotion of EU Integration through Regional Cooperation”.

The main objective of the project is to improve regional learning of the responsible authorities with regard to national steering of the EU accession process in South East Europe.
